What happens when I reach an AI Growth limit?
AI Growth includes 1,000 Conversation AI responses and 100 AI voice minutes per month. If your agency exceeds an included monthly limit, eligible additional usage may continue at applicable pay-per-use rates rather than automatically stopping.
Does AI Unlimited include phone calls and text messages?
No. AI Unlimited covers eligible AI access, subject to applicable fair-use policies. Phone calls, SMS/MMS, carrier fees, phone numbers, and other communications-related costs are billed separately.
Are all AI products included in Growth and Unlimited?
Some specialized, custom, or third-party AI capabilities may remain usage-based. If you are planning a custom AI workflow, custom agent, external model, or advanced AI implementation, our team can help you understand the expected setup and usage costs.
